They are low in fat and calories and are filling, what more could you ask for? Studies have shown eating fresh vegetables daily helps fight off some cancers and ailments. Green vegetables are a weapon against some cancers, cauliflower and broccoli for instance, contain cancer fighting substances, they are the most potent cancer fighting foods.
