Chamomile Tea

A cup of Chamomile Tea in the evening is a wonderful way to relax after a long day at work. Chamomile flowers contain natural sedative properties making it a warm, soothing drink. Drinking the tea after dinner can also help aid the digestive system, it is known to ease indigestion and can help soothe the stomach.

Add 2-3 tsp dried German Chamomile flowers to a cup, add some hot water, steep for about 3 minutes, strain the flowers out, drink, and Enjoy! Add honey or lemon juice if you prefer, either way its a healthy relaxing tea to drink in the evening after dinner. See more at Surreal Gardening
